On April 21st, from 1-4, Area Property Realties will be hosting The Giving Tour showcasing five of Cape Girardeau’s fabulous homes and Grace Coffee + Cafe. Tickets are $30 each, or you can do a family sponsorship, which also includes two tickets. There will be a chance to win gorgeous table centerpieces displayed at each home, created by local designers. The proceeds from the tour will benefit the not-for-profit, Grace Opportunities. The mission at Graceful Opportunities is to provide employment and life opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The organization will be looking forward to utilizing the gift to help fund GraceWorks Academy and our “Rules of the Road” program. This Academy and program prepare these individuals with the skills needed to obtain important job skills, as well as their MO driver’s license. Grace Coffee + Cafe was the first business started by Graceful Opportunities, to support individuals being fully integrated into community through the work that they do.
