Event info

Date: May 18, 2019
Address: Burfordville, MO

Fundraiser for The Garrett Knowlan Foundation.Major Garrett Knowlan was a Jackson High School and U.S. Air Force Academy graduate.  He had served in the Air Force 10 years and was a Test Pilot Engineer.  He lost his life in a water survival training accident on 10/11/2012.  Garrett was 32 years old. He left a loving family and many friends behind that day.  He was a strong believer who loved the Lord.  He showed Jesus’s love toward others and helped others while he was here.  We plan to carry on that legacy by helping those in need, in Garrett’s name.
The Garrett Knowlan Foundation was established in order to help those in need.  The Foundation has given approximately 95% of all donations to Compassion International and The Major Garrett Knowlan Memorial Scholarship Fund since the foundation was established in 2014.
This will a be a fun afternoon with food trucks, family activities at the farm, small animal petting area, playground area, walks through the orchard/farm and so much more.  A great day to celebrate Garrett’s life and raise money for Compassion and the memorial scholarship.
